This is not just for professionals, but for ANYONE wanting learn how to help a struggling friend or family member. Or, if you just want to be prepared, should something arise with someone you are in contact with. When ones we care for are mentally and emotionally overwhelmed, symptoms may show themselves. We care for them using basic tools that offer comfort and support.
