Board Transition 3-year term limit
This document visually charts how the current board members would transition into three year terms. Some of our current board members will serve slightly longer terms, others slightly shorter, in order to create a balanced board turn-over that will be fully in place by the end of two more transition years. You have already elected all of these members, so you are merely affirming this transition plan.
Delegates Manual of Policies and Procedures (Draft)
This is a draft document. This document is not being brought to the delegates for approval in its current wording, but rather the board is seeking affirmation of it's existence as a concept. It is recommended that organizations have a procedural manual that accompanies bylaws. This keeps bylaws limited to those matters that are most binding while still allowing for policies and procedures to be developed that enhance our cooperative nature. Once the delegates approve of it as a document for the region, the wording will be refined by the fall delegates meeting.
