Your church has a story worth telling — and preserving that story is an act of faithful stewardship for the generations that follow. Join us for this webinar as we explore why documenting your congregation's history matters and learn about the rich resources available to help you do it well.
Rev. Dr. Priscilla Eppinger, Executive Director of the American Baptist Historical Society, will introduce the tools and support ABHS offers to congregations ready to get started. We'll also hear from Rev. Dr. Garth Brokaw — ABHS board member, historian for Lake Avenue Baptist Church in Rochester, NY, and a key partner in researching ABCRGR's own history ahead of our 200th anniversary in 2027 — who will share best practices drawn from his recent work preparing a history for his own congregation's anniversary.
